Terms of Service
- You will need an active e-mail account to create a membership with My Study Buddy.
- All members of a household are covered under one membership. However, if you would like to keep track of individual student progress, we recommend that you use separate memberships.
- Only members who have a separate membership will receive personalized e-mail support from My Study Buddy Support Team.
- Members are encouraged to create a username of their choice. However, usernames may not contain offensive references, such as that of a profane, defamatory, or threatening nature, or include personal information, such as an address, phone number, etc.
- Members will be asked to type in their username as well as their real name when taking a quiz. Their username will be shown on the leaderboard beside their accumulated percentage points (for quizzes with a score of 90 percent or above), and their real name will appear in print on their My Study Buddy Achievement Certificate (for quizzes with a score of 70 percent or above). However, members may choose to use their username for certificates also.
- Offensive usernames will not be shown on the leaderboard.
- Only paid members will have access to the features of this website.
- This website is available for use 24 hours a day. Communication is exchanged through e-mail. All e-mail submissions will be responded to as soon as possible.
- My Study Buddy monthly membership fee is $19.95. This fee covers the account activation, maintenance, and access to all of the features of My Study Buddy for 30 days.
- The annual membership fee is $149.95. This fee covers the account activation, maintenance, and access to all of the features of My Study Buddy for 365 days.
- If a membership account is not canceled before the expiration date, the account will automatically renew to avoid interruption.
- A member's account may be canceled as a result of the following actions: sending a request of cancellation or nonpayment of a monthly or annual membership fee.
- Credit card information that is incorrect or misrepresented will result in the delay of account activation. Since it is our goal to get new members started with My Study Buddy as quickly as possible, we ask that only current and accurate payment information is provided.
- My Study Buddy offers a full online learning service that is available for use 24 hours a day. For this reason, there is no refund.
- Please keep in mind that we respect your privacy. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose of setting up your account
and maintaining your membership with My Study Buddy.
